Wine Industry Services is based in South Australia and New Zealand with over 25 years of experience, of supplying, installing and servicing new Bottling and Packaging machinery to Wineries, Distilleries and Contract Packaging companies. Wine Industry Services specialises in high-end automation technology for the wine, spirits, sparkling beverages, edible oils, spring water, beer and juice markets throughout Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia.
About the role
We are looking for a temporary (Parental Leave) Project & Sales Co-ordinator to help us manage and grow our existing Sales & Projects funnel for Australian and New Zealand accounts. Working closely with our Managing Director, you will engage with our exciting customer base and high quality International suppliers.
We have a strong focus on recruiting and retaining the very best people in our quest to provide outstanding service and products to our customers. We are seeking a like-minded individual to join our highly regarded team.
What you’ll be
Sales and Project administration and database management.
Prepare budget and formal quotations for our supplier plant machinery ranging from single equipment to complete turn-key bottling lines ready for sales manager to review.
Manage and keep up to date costings and quoting spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and quality of quotations.
Working closely with the national sales team to support new sales leads and funnel process.
Coordinating the shipment of bottling lines projects with our freight forwarding partner.
Project risk management and mitigation planning.
Development of GANTT charts.
Collaborating with the Accounting programme to process orders and invoices for customers and suppliers and updating the status of machinery project orders on our suppliers.
General administrative tasks.
Establishing and nurturing relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
Managing email and phone enquiries and correspondence for both new and existing customers and suppliers.

What’s on offer
Role title: Project & Sales Co-Ordinator
Employment type: Full-time, temporary contract (6 months) for Parental Leave
Salary package details: $70,000 - $80,000 p.a. plus Super F.T.E.
Location: Golden Grove, South Australia.
