Maintenance Supervisor - Up to $165,000+Bonus+Super
About the Role:
As the Maintenance Supervisor based in Campbelltown, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our plant and equipment. Reporting to the Engineering Manager and working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor you will lead a dedicated team of maintenance professionals to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the direct manager for our maintenance team, ensuring that all plants and equipment operate efficiently and safely to operational capacity.
- Leading a team of 8 Trades & Contractors
- Lead the completion of preventative maintenance schedules through the CMMS.
- Identify efficiency improvements and assist with any plant upgrades and installations.
- Oversee contractor management for all contractors working onsite.
- Ensure all work is completed within budget parameters.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and all applicable regulations.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments, including production and service.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of tradespeople and contractors, preferably in a plant maintenance-based environment.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
- Tertiary or Trade qualifications in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) with hands-on experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CMMS, and a solid understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles and safety risk assessments.
- Strong knowledge of AUS compliance standards, with experience in implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent communication skills, with a "can-do" attitude and a proactive approach to achieving results.
