You’ll manage a diverse portfolio including neighbourhood shopping centres and large format retail throughout Victoria, focusing on both static and project leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing activities for a growing portfolio of retail and large-format properties
• Negotiate leases and build strong relationships with retailers, landlords, and agents
• Identify and secure new tenants to maintain high occupancy
• Provide market insights and leasing recommendations
• Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to enhance leasing strategies

Ideal Candidate:

• 2–3+ years of sales and leasing experience, ideally in retail, residential, or commercial leasing
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
• Passionate about property and career growth
