your role
This is a strategic, end-to-end property role where you’ll be hands-on from acquisition through to delivery and portfolio management. You’ll shape how the business grows, optimises, and leads in the retail space.

• Acquisitions – Source and assess new site opportunities
• Planning – Drive short- and long-term portfolio strategies
• Development – Oversee new store builds and refurbishments
• Asset Management – Manage leasing, approvals, and delivery timelines
• Stakeholders – Build strong relationships across the board
• Leadership – Guide teams and external partners to results

your advantage

• 5+ years in retail property in a leasing and/or property management position, ideally with a retailer
• Financially savvy – budgets, feasibility, and planning
• Strong negotiator and communicator
• Exposure to retail development and market trends
• Confident managing multiple assets and projects
• Commercial mindset with sharp execution
