PMG Finance is a leading equipment finance broking firm based in Toowoomba, helping businesses across Australia secure funding for the machinery and equipment they need to grow. We’re a fast-paced, relationship-driven business with a national footprint.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Marketing & Sales Officer to join our team and work closely with our Business Development Manager (BDM).

This is an ideal role for someone with call centre, sales support, or marketing admin experience who wants to step into a more varied and impactful position.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting the BDM with lead generation, appointment setting, and client follow-up

Creating and coordinating marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, advertising)

Monitoring of social platforms for messages, engagement, and feedback

Supporting brand visibility and growth through consistent content and communications

Preparing proposals, presentations, and promotional materials

Tracking marketing and sales metrics to report on performance and ROI

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to existing and potential clients

Providing general administrational support to the BDM

Preparation and distribution of weekly reports to stakeholders

Your experience:

Previous experience in a call centre, admin, or marketing role preferred

Experience in finance preferred but not essential

Confident communicator, especially over the phone

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Tech-savvy – comfortable with CRMs and digital tools

A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
