The Role

We are looking for a customer service administrator with a focus on scheduling sales teams across the Eastern Seaboard. The office is a fast paced office with every day being a different day. The accounts admin will work closely woth the Sales and operations team in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

The Role

This role requires someone who can handle a fast paced business. We specialise in excellent customer service, so we would expect this person to have excellent communications skills. You will have a keen eye for detail ensuring all orders are correct.

Your Duties

· Answering Calls from customers across three states

· Scheduling Sales members to conduct quotes

· Triaging the sales inbox for potential customers

· Working closely with sales team

· Entering all enquiries into our CRM

· Using our software to book in appointments

Your Experience

· You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role experience

· You will have excellent presentation skills

· You pride yourself on quality work

· You will speak exceptional English
