Join The Team as a Client Service Executive, who is responsible for providing excellent customer service end to end with experience from a high volume call centre background, both in bound and out bound and customer facing. Someone with attention to detail and never wants to work a weekend again
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to deliver exceptional customer service from a high volume call centre background and face to face with clients. In this role, you have
1. Communication Skills
- Clear verbal communication, easy to understand over the phone
- Strong active listening skills, and sound phone etiquette
2. Customer Service
- Friendly, empathetic tone
- Patience and professionalism
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues
- Capable to manage multiple issues at one time
- Able to service customer on phone and face to face
3. Problem-Solving Skills
- Quick thinking and adaptability
- Ability to resolve issues independently or escalate as needed
4. Technical Proficiency
- Familiarity with phone systems - preferable - (Teams) and software D365
- Sound computer literacy
- Financial capability, cash management / sales processing skills
5. Multitasking and Time Management
- Managing multiple calls / customer and or priorities efficiently
- Complete work as requested and in a timely manor
6. Attention to Detail
- Accurate recording of customer information
- Accurate processing of financial and or customer data / instructions
7. Team Collaboration, work well with others in a small team and call centre environment
8. Maintain composure during:
- high call volumes
- difficult interactions
- Internal challenges
- Face to face customer interactions
To be successful:
* Retail or Wholesale Service centre / Call Centre at least 2 years experience, jewellery knowledge is a plus
* Inbound and outbound sales and service
* Prior experience in a call centre and or direct customer service role in retail
* Experience using phone systems (teams)
* Experienced with ERP Enterprise Resource Planning and or CMS (Content Management System) - Ideally D365 (SAP / Oracal as alternatives)
* Familiarity with customer support services and intersections on phone and face to face
* Handling both inbound and outbound calls
* Working in fast-paced, high-volume call environments
* Ability to understand and comply with company products or services
