Join Our Team as an Early Childhood Educator – Little Gumnuts West Pymble

Little Gumnuts Early Learning are seeking experienced and qualified Childcare Educators to join our passionate team on a full-time or part-time basis, starting immediately at our West Pymble Centre.

Little Gumnuts West Pymble is a vibrant, community-focused early learning centre, proudly caring for up to 40 children. We provide a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child is valued and inspired to explore, learn, and thrive.

Your Role:

As an Early Childhood Educator with us, you will:

Deliver high-quality, engaging, and developmentally appropriate educational programs

Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning

Uphold our commitment to safety, wellbeing, and inclusion

Collaborate as part of a passionate, professional team dedicated to early childhood excellence

What we are looking for:

Minimum of Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education and Care

Full-time (preferred) or part-time availability

Experience working in an early childhood education setting

Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and CPR Certificates

Current NSW Working with Children Check

Certificate in CHCPRT025 – Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or equivalent) preferred.

Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS

Genuine interest in promoting children’s learning and well-being

Respect for and inclusion of diversity in its many forms

Ability to uphold confidentiality, including electronic and social media

Great written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
