Your Role:
Leverage your planning skills and positive attitude to provide strategic solutions, guide clients through the approvals process, and deliver successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting site assessments and ensuring compliance with planning regulations.
Leading stakeholder consultations to balance interests and achieve commercial goals.
Preparing technical reports and high-quality planning documentation.
Managing planning and permit processes to meet deadlines and budgets.
Staying ahead of industry trends to optimise client strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Capabilities: Relationship building, problem-solving, highly organised, and commercially astute.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Planning, Urban & Regional Planning, or equivalent experience.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with GIS, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
