Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a supportive, flexible and rewarding new challenge?
On Track Healthcare have a dedicated team of passionate OT's providing clinic-based and outreach therapy to children and their families. We focus on strategies and interventions to develop our children’s development in fine motor skills, gross motor skills, play, self-care, feeding, emotional regulation and sensory regulation needs. We teach skills, advocate and provide caregiver coaching based on evidence-based practice.

We have an amazing clinic with all the right tools and resources that you need. This means no more carting toys, games, equipment in your car and boot, we have it all on site for you!
You have the best of both worlds as you can see your client in the community, clinic and can work from home.
Your caseload will gradually increase as you start to find your feet.
You will have ongoing support with your clinical notes, reports, sessions, assessments and session planning.
Supervision is scheduled weekly however, you have access to support whenever you need it.
We love professional development. We are always on the hunt for awesome PDs we can do as a team. We get together quarterly for a team day to learn, plan and grow together as a team.
A bit more about the role
We have multiple roles for early career or experienced Occupational Therapists with a passion about childhood development. You will be based at our state of the art Clinic, located on the Mornington Peninsula or have the flexibility of outreach working with our many clients throughout Melbourne. We love working with children in an environment that sets the “just right challenge” with access to an indoor sensory room, outdoor gross motor room and table top activities, you will have all the tools you need to support your clients and their family.

About you:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
Previous paediatrics experience is an advantage, but we are happy to train
Valid drivers license
Up to date police and working with childrens checks - or willing to obtain
