About Us
At Alpha Abilities, we provide high-quality therapy services, helping children with developmental disabilities reach their full potential. As a trusted NDIS provider, we take a holistic approach, making a real impact in the community. We have a large allied health team including Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational therapists, Key Workers and Allied Health Assistants and we are looking for someone with your Occupational Therapy expertise to join our team.
Your Role
As a Occupational Therapist, you will deliver high-quality services and driving clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical speech assessments for children with communication needs.
Ensure the delivery of evidence-based practices and maintain high clinical standards.
Autonomous caseload management: 4 days client facing & 1 day to use flexibility to complete occasional assessments and clinic related admin, such as creating personalized resources, client related research, supervision and liaising with stakeholders) .
Leadership & Growth
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Occupational Therapy and promote your team’s professional growth.
Share you expertise and knowledge with the team by contributing and help lead various initiatives programs.
Mentor and supervise therapists, fostering knowledge-sharing and team development through regular supervision meetings.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all regulations and organisational policies.
Maintain accurate patient records and drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Collaboration & Communication
Act as the primary liaison between the speech therapy team and other stakeholders within our .
Foster effective communication within the team, with patients and families, and represent the department in interdisciplinary meetings.
