Robertson’s Remedial and Painting is a family run REMEDIAL BUILDING REPAIR & PAINTING business with a reputation for delivering high quality projects. We have been serving the strata industry, engineers, building consultants and residential projects for well over 50 years.

Due to the increasing expansion of our remedial building division we are seeking to add another remedial estimator to our team. We offer a friendly, supportive and flexible work environment.

The position of Remedial Building Estimator involves quotation site visits, estimating for small repair and maintenance works through to larger engineer scoped projects mostly for strata properties, for waterproofing works, balcony upgrades, general strata building upgrades; quote and tender preparation including submission of documentation, working with production team managers, site visits during execution of projects and maintaining client relations.

Candidates will have:

Must have previous remedial building estimating experience for strata properties

Existing client base of engineers will be very favourable

Strong understanding of general building, carpentry, waterproofing

Knowledge of general painting will be favourable

Existing sub-contractor trades contacts will be favourable

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good organisational and time management skills

Ability to problem solve

Ability to build and maintain relationships

Friendly and well presented

Valid NSW Drivers Licence

Valid NSW Builders Licence will be favourable (but not essential)

Remuneration package:

New candidate base salary $120-$150K (based on experience) plus super

Company profit share scheme: performance based bonuses paid quarterly

Car allowance $25K
