A global aviation-focused organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Security Assurance & Risk Analyst to play a key role in delivering cyber security governance, risk, and assurance activities across a highly complex enterprise environment.

The Role:
Reporting to the Cyber Security Design & Assurance Lead, you will provide expert security advice, oversee risk management processes, and contribute to assurance activities that ensure critical systems and services are protected. This role works closely with cyber security teams, business stakeholders, and managed service providers to maintain a strong control environment and support ongoing cyber resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert cyber security risk and assurance advice across IT and OT environments

Manage risk and assurance outcomes using GRC and CIRRIS toolsets

Assist with security certification, accreditation processes, and control effectiveness reporting

Prepare and review security requirements for RFQs/RFIs and vendor deliverables

Engage with stakeholders to promote security awareness and accountability

Contribute to maintaining security standards and supporting audit processes

Represent security interests at Change Advisory Board meetings

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in cyber security assurance, risk management, and governance in large, complex environments

Ability to translate technical security issues for business audiences

Working knowledge of NIST 800-37 & 800-39, and risk management frameworks

Experience supporting security controls within ITIL-based operational environments

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Relevant qualifications (e.g. CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or similar)

NV1 Security Clearance or ability to obtain
