Senior Test Analyst - SAP ERP Transformation

We are currently seeking a Senior Test Analyst to join a high-profile ERP transformation program within a major government organisation. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a modernisation initiative focused on SAP S/4HANA and digital service enhancements, based in Brisbane CBD.

THE ROLE:

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a key role in the testing workstream of a critical SAP program. You will coordinate testing efforts, develop detailed test cases, and support defect management across the project lifecycle. Working alongside a large delivery team and solution partner, your contribution will be vital in ensuring quality outcomes for new and enhanced SAP services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create detailed test plans, strategies and summary reports
• Derive test cases from business requirements and process flows
• Coordinate testing activities and mentor stakeholders in testing methodologies
• Execute test cases and manage test outcomes documentation
• Oversee defect tracking and resolution processes
• Contribute to environment readiness and test data preparation
• Provide clear communication to project managers and test leads

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrated experience in ERP testing within large-scale SAP environments
• End-to-end testing experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or major upgrade
• Familiarity with tools such as SAP CALM, Jira, or Quality Center (ALM)
• Strong understanding of SAP technologies including HANA, Fiori/UI5, CPI/PI/PO
• Ability to translate technical issues into business terms
• Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills

DESIRABLE:

• ISTQB Certification
• SAP Activate and Agile project delivery experience
• Experience in S/4HANA transformations and SuccessFactors integration
• Exposure to Greenfield SAP implementations
