Are you confident, adaptable, and thrive in a busy environment? Vision Radiology is seeking a proactive and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team at our Kangaroo Flat clinic.

This is a permanent full-time position offering the chance to work in a fast-paced radiology setting where patient care and efficient service delivery go hand in hand. Kangaroo Flat is one of our busiest sites – ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being part of a high-performing team.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive experience – even during the busiest moments. You'll support both patients and clinicians to ensure the day runs smoothly and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and registering patients in a calm and friendly manner

Managing high-volume appointment bookings efficiently

Handling phone and email enquiries with confidence and care

Supporting the clinical team, including radiologists and imaging staff

Processing payments, Medicare, and insurance claims

Keeping the front desk organised, calm, and professional

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be:

Confident, calm under pressure, and quick to adapt

Warm and approachable, with a patient-first mindset

Highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities

Skilled in communication and teamwork

Experienced in medical reception or customer service (preferred but not essential)

Eager to learn and contribute to a fast-moving team
