Right now, we’re looking for someone to join us at the ground level as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Someone who’s curious, driven, and keen to dive deep into an industry with serious depth and demand.

You don’t need to know joinery. But you do need to want to.

The Role

This isn’t a sit-in-the-background kind of gig. From day one, you’ll be part of the action. You’ll be supporting the team with candidate attraction, bookings, and communications. You’ll be on the phone. You’ll be booking interviews. You’ll be writing ads and chasing leads. You’ll learn what makes a great joiner and what makes a great recruiter.

With time and training, you’ll start building your own desk, managing client relationships, and running your own jobs. This is your launchpad.

A background in construction, trades, admin, or customer service is great. But it’s not essential. Your mindset is what counts.
