I'm working with a well-established cabinet making business that is currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator/Programmer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on CNC experience in a cabinetry or joinery environment, ideally with Woodop software exposure.
About the Role:

• Operating and programming CNC machines to produce custom cabinetry
• Reading and interpreting detailed production drawings
• Programming using CNC software – Woodop experience is highly regarded
• Monitoring output quality and troubleshooting machine issues
• Working closely with the production and design teams to meet delivery targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience with CNC machinery in the cabinet making or joinery space
• Strong understanding of cabinetry components and assembly
• Experience with Woodop or similar software (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and in a team-based workshop
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
