Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain professional client relationships
• Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with efficiency and professionalism
• Assist with lodging tax returns, invoicing, and corporate secretarial duties (ASIC)
• Handle document filing, mail management, and engagement proposals
• Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) as required
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team
