The Role:

Provide a luxury customer experience while meeting key business targets including lead generation and brand standards

Duties include:

• Deliver a world-class, luxurious experience to every customer, ensuring all interactions uphold brand standards
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and lead generation targets by identifying and passing high-quality leads to sales consultants
• Proactively seek opportunities to generate leads through locally driven initiatives
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships, creating personalised experiences that enhance loyalty and satisfaction
• Serve as a brand ambassador by confidently promoting, communicating, and selling products
• Analyse customer satisfaction trends and identify areas for improvement in lead generation strategies
• Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, collaborating closely with your team to meet operational and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system to support seamless engagement and follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience gained in a VIP customer service or sales role, luxury retail/products or similar high-level client focused position
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to build relationships with ease
• The ambition and drive to succeed in a sales environment and a desire to hit or exceed targets
• A valid, full Australian Driver’s License
• Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
