The Role: Membership Consultant (Casual)

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the face of our clubs. You’ll drive membership sales, build strong relationships with new and existing members, and contribute to the buzz and excitement of our growing clubs through social media!

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new membership sales and manage every step of the sales process

Help with daily operations and support the Club Manager

Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting member relationships

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Promote the club locally and engage with the community

Help foster a fun, welcoming environment where staff and members love to be

Run our social media pages - Social media & content creation experience = BIG ADVANTAGE!!

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales and customer service experience (fitness industry experience a bonus, but not essential)

A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a strong desire to hit targets

Excellent communication and people skills

A passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed

Willingness to grow with the business and contribute ideas and energy

Experience running social media pages and creating campaigns

Desired Qualifications/Certifications

Cert III or IV in Fitness (not essential)

First Aid & CPR

Working with Children Check

Police Check

The Details:

Flexible hours, including some Saturdays

Must have valid rights to work in Australia (to be confirmed at first interview)
