As our Fuel Pricing Manager, you’ll work across a national footprint, helping shape and refine pricing strategies that balance commercial goals with sharp, real-time market insight.

Fuel pricing experience is great, but not essential — we’re more interested in your ability to read the market, see patterns in data, and respond with smart, strategic thinking. If you've priced products in a fast-moving environment, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

Monitoring market trends, competitor moves, and geopolitical factors that influence fuel pricing

Analyzing sales and historical data to fine-tune pricing strategies

Using pricing tools and data modelling to test and simulate outcomes

Working closely with teams across marketing, finance, and operations

Delivering insights and performance updates to leadership

Helping us stay both profitable and competitive

What You Bring

Experience in pricing, revenue management, or analytics — ideally in fuel, FMCG, or a similarly fast-moving sector

A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar

Strong commercial thinking, analytical flair, and a collaborative mindset

Confidence working with data tools (Excel, pricing software, etc.)

The ability to spot trends, explain complex ideas clearly, and make smart decisions quickly
