Full-Time Dental Assistant/Clinical Coordinator – Cairns North
$29–$33/hr + 9-Day Fortnight | No Weekends or Late Nights

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and supportive dental practice based in Cairns North, seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join their friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the dental industry, who is looking for long-term stability, a great team environment, and work-life balance—no weekends or late nights required, and you’ll enjoy a 9-day fortnight.

About the Role:
You’ll be working in a modern, well-equipped practice alongside a team that values quality patient care and teamwork. The ideal candidate will be confident in chairside assisting, adaptable, and keen to contribute to a positive team culture.

While a Certificate III in Dental Assisting is highly regarded, it is not essential if you bring strong experience and a great attitude.

Salary: $29–$33 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Full-time hours across a 9-day fortnight

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant

Certificate III in Dental Assisting is desirable but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, well-presented, and team-focused

Reception, implant, or digital scanning experience is a bonus
