What You’ll Be Doing

Working with adults under NDIS and HCP programs, delivering occupational therapy in-home and in community settings.

Conducting Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Assistive Technology (AT) recommendations, Home Safety Assessments, home modifications, SDA/SIL assessments, and therapy-based interventions.

Creating tailored therapy plans that put clients in the driver’s seat of their own health and independence.

Collaborating with our amazing interdisciplinary team, including physios and other allied health professionals.

What We’re Looking For

AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist ready to make a difference.

Experience or strong interest in NDIS and Aged Care (HCP) - —we’ll support you if you’re keen to learn!

A team player with great communication and relationship-building skills.

Someone who loves working autonomously while knowing they’ve got an awesome team behind them.

A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle - —we’re mobile and on the move!
