About the role

Working for a Builder Developer , We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facade Foreman to join the team at Pheonix Builders Pty Ltd in Lidcombe, NSW. As a contract role, this position will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of building facades on our construction sites. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Project consists of 300+ apartments across 3 Towers currently under construction

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and supervise a team of facade installers and tradesmen

Develop and implement installation plans and schedules to meet project deadlines

Liaise with project managers, architects and clients to address any issues or design changes

Inspect facade materials and workmanship to ensure they meet quality and safety requirements

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or logistical challenges that arise on site

Provide guidance to facade installation staff

Maintain detailed records of work completed, materials used and any incidents

Ability to coordinate with facade , Waterproofing , BCA and relevant consultants to comply with Australian Standards

Interpret shop drawings and ensure correct installation methodology is followed.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Facade Foreman or Supervisor in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of facade installation methods, materials and compliance standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals

Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle on-site challenges

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Experience in Hi rise residential with both Pre cast and CFC construction.

A clear confident communicator that provides regular progress updates to a Project Manager and Management

Experience with Hi rise residential and jumping screens on a 12 day cycle

Ability to hold Tool Box / Safety Talks

Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
