KMG Mechanical is recruiting for Mechanic's with transport experience to work in the Heavy Haulage Industry. Great opportunity for LV mechanic to gain experience with Heavy Haulage equipment.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you possess the following:

LV/HD Mechanic qualification.

Must have a valid drivers license.

Forklift ticket (or be willing to obtain)

Any experience with the range of Drake Trailers, OPHEE, MTE, B Doubles Trailers, Drop deck Trailers would be a bonus.

Ability to pass Alcohol and Drug screening.

Key duties will include, but not be limited to:

Routine services and maintenance repairs.

Electrical and hydraulic fault diagnosis.

Performing analysis and diagnosis of mechanical problems.

Maintain a high standard of delivery on all work and meet deadlines.

Good communication and follow up.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Maintaining accurate records of work completed; and

Comply with a safe work environment.

We are looking for full time and Casual Mechanics.
