About the Role:
As an appointment setter, you’ll be essential to our growth by reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate data records. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, self-motivated, and thrives in a dynamic, results-driven team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold calling leads and securing bookings with potential clients, using our lead databases and call lists.
Re-engage warm leads and follow up with past prospects.
Accurately inputting client data into the CRM system. This includes call list filtering, updating property information and entering detailed notes on every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in sales, appointment setting, or a similar role is essential.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with a professional, but personal tone.
Organised: Able to manage pipelines effectively and stay on top of tasks.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs, Auto Diallers and similar applications.
Attitude: Ambitious, proactive, and coachable, with a growth mindset.
