Experienced Barista's / Cafe All-rounders (Glynde Location)

As the Barista, you will be the heart of the store responsible for crafting delicious coffee with precision and care. We require the following:

A great passion for great coffee through excellent product knowledge in communicating coffee bean origins, roasts and flavour profiles to customers.

Understand all aspects of coffee making and presentation

Must be able to do latte art, dial in the machine and follow protocols in regards to weighing shots

Able to work and excel in a customer service position

Maintain cleanliness through keeping all work areas clean, sanitised and organised ensuring stock rotation procedures are always being followed.

Can multitask and work efficiently within a team environment with the requirement to serve customers, take out coffee’s/ beverages and food when required and monitor the floor area to be kept clean as required.

Eager and assertive, willing to work behind various counters in a single shift.

Show high service standards and attention to detail

Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts

Have Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication

Have a passion for food and hospitality with a friendly attitude

Previous experience as a barista is required with a passion for coffee and delivering high quality service.

Experienced Cafe All-rounders ( All Locations)

Deli Assistant

Operate and use an automatic meat slicer

Pack and coordinate daily orders to go to other locations

Visual merchandising of stock in display cabinets

Over the counter customer service

Excellent Hygiene practices

All positions require applicants to be available to work across a 7 day roster with hours ranging between 7am - 6.30pm.
