Join a long-standing, family-run cleaning company servicing 80+ strata buildings across Sydney. We’re looking for a reliable Senior Cleaning Manager to oversee 12 cleaners and take day-to-day workload off the owner’s hands. You will report directly to the owner and be the main contact for the owner & clients.
Role includes:
- Scheduling and supervising cleaners
- Site inspections and client management
- Ordering supplies and handling issues
- Taking ownership of daily operations
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in strata or commercial cleaning
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Right to work in Australia
- Your own ABN
