The Position

• You will firstly start on a 14 Townhouse Development in Yamba worth $11M which has a very reasonable programme of approx. 80 weeks
• You will work closely with the project team ensuring project milestones are hit and safety, quality, programme adhered too.
• You will receive support from a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator and senior leaders as required
• You will work with loyal local subbies that are known, trusted and paid on time.
• This role is a 5 day week

Experience delivering Townhouses is essential however in the future could be given an opportunity to work across commercial or industrial projects

Salary will depend on the level of experience you bring however figures $150K - $170K can be expected.

Background / Experience

• Trade qualifications with additional tertiary building certifications are highly desirable.
• Proven track record of independently managing projects exceeding $5M as a Site Manager
• Strong ability to foster relationships, effectively manage personnel, and work collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional technical, planning, and programming skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of logistical planning for commercial Townhouse developments
• Proficient in safety management and company system compliance.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
