This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time appointment/s with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.

Position Profile: As part of a multidisciplinary team the Clinical Nurse provides clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence-based nursing care is delivered to patients in a community environment. This role facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care, provides guidance to junior nursing staff, and provides assessment, time limited management & support within the areas of speciality & advanced practice to consumers with complex and mental health needs, their families and carers, within & external to the service.
