Excavator/Loader Operator – Townsville

About the Role
This is a hands-on position where you’ll rotate between operating a 30-ton digger and a sales loader. You must be confident and experienced in handling both.

Key Responsibilities

Operate 30-ton excavators with attachments including pulverizers and grabs

Contribute to daily recycling yard operations

Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures

Be punctual and dependable (5-day week; weekend work available but optional)

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience operating both excavators and loaders

Competency with concrete pulverizing and grab attachments

Reliable and self-motivated attitude

Ability to work well in a small, supportive team
