The Royal Hotel is situated in the heart of Perth's CBD, and is the flagship venue of locally owned and operated Parker Group (www.parkergroup.au). Built on the corner of William and Wellington Streets in 1882, The Royal Hotel is the original heart and soul of the city. This is more than just a pub, it’s a historic heritage-listed building with an incredible story that you can become a part of.

We have several casual positions available with up to 38 hours available per week.

Key attributes and skills must include:

Customer-focused with an ability to build connections with our guests

Wine, beer and spirit knowledge is a big plus

1+ year experience in a large-scale hospitality venue (bar or restaurant wait staff)

Positive approach to all situations, and an honest work ethic

Ability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings and weekends

Relevant food handling and RSA qualifications
