We are seeking Casual Support Workers to join the passionate team at EquipMe Pty Ltd in the Perth Metro area, Western Australia. This is a flexible, casual position supporting individuals with disability needs in the local community.

The roles we currently need to fill include:

NOR: Male & Female support workers across a range of community access shifts.

Cockburn area: Male support worker to work with middle aged male clients in a community access role. Applicants who enjoy sports, discussing sports and being involved in physical activity (mostly long walks) are preferred.

Peel/ Mandurah to Kwinana area range: Male support staff for community access shifts. Peel clients are mostly adolescent males involved in physical activities (swimming, fishing, trampoline parks, skatepark). Being physically fit and able to work with adolescent (high energy) males will be advantageous as an applicant for this role.

What you'll be doing

Providing respectful personal care and support to clients in their homes or the community

Assisting with daily living activities such as light housekeeping, being involved in physical exercise and client transportation

Engaging clients in meaningful activities and outings to promote social inclusion

Collaborating with other care professionals by request

Documenting client progress notes via the TeamUp app

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Empathy, patience, and a caring approach

Current First Aid certification and National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, Drivers License, - suitable (registered) vehicle, NDIS clearance
