About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Bar Staff and Glassies to join the dynamic and vibrant team at WINDSOR HOTEL in South Perth, WA. As a Bar Staff/Glassies, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and helping to create an unforgettable experience for our guests. This is a full-time and casual position with an immediate start.
What you'll be doing
Efficiently and accurately preparing a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Providing attentive and friendly customer service to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area
Adhering to all relevant health, safety and liquor licensing regulations
Assisting with bar stock management and inventory control
Actively contributing to creating a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a busy bar or hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beer
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) qualification or willingness to obtain one
Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
