Join our tight-knit team as a front-line Collections Driver and Warehouse Assistant, where you'll collect a wide array of ICT equipment from client sites in the metro area for processing at our Cockburn facility. We're looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual who enjoys liaising with people and has a good understanding of current technologies to log collection information and booking jobs into our system.

In addition to scheduled collections, you'll also complete a range of tasks. You'll need to be a proactive multitasker who can work autonomously to complete assigned tasks to a high standard. These tasks may include general warehouse duties, such as sorting, categorising, organising ICT equipment, and data entry. We'll rely on your strong work ethic and attention to detail to ensure our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently.

As the front-line face of our business, we expect you to engage with our customers in a friendly and courteous manner and maintain a high level of personal hygiene and presentation at all times.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

C Class License

Forklift Ticket

Current Police Clearance

Well-presented and articulate

Self-motivated attitude to work

Experience in customer-facing roles

Physically fit and strong with an understanding of manual handling techniques

Basic computer skills for data entry at the completion of collections, as well as the use of mobile device applications

Ability to problem-solve under pressure

Desirable skills include:

LR/HR License

An understanding of different types of ICT hardware for identification and classification on-site

Test & Tag Certificate
