We are currently looking for a Technical Data Analyst that is Perth-based with the following skillset in the context of mining, with the focus around asset management experience based on:

• Familiarity with fixed plant equipment through maintenance roles (e.g. conveyor belts, screen house etc.)
• Familiarity with asset health datasets and ways to join & connect key datasets together (e.g. notifications / workorders, equipment, failures)
• Equipment failure investigations and understanding of what data will be required to assist with the investigation
• Understanding of reliability engineering concepts

Key Project Details:
The Asset Management Platform (AMP) project is initiated to address critical challenges in asset monitoring and predictive maintenance within the mining operations. The project is divided into two main components: the overall solution architecture of the AMP and a Proof of Concept (PoC) use case on a specific asset, such as a conveyor, reclaimer, or screenhouse.

The AMP project will deliver a comprehensive solution architecture that integrates various data sources and leverages advanced analytics to provide real-time insights into asset health. This includes identifying and ingesting data from multiple sources into Databricks. . Additionally, the project will develop Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) into application logic, defining a pathway for acquiring more sensor information to enhance predictive capabilities
