What You'll Be Doing:

Creating memorable and authentic customer experiences - leading by example on the shop floor

Supporting the Store Manager in all areas of operations, people management, and driving KPIs

Assisting with staff training and development to build a high-performing, engaged team

Executing visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation to brand standards

Managing high stock volumes and deliveries - you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves

Taking initiative on operational tasks and collaborating to keep things running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisory role within retail

Strong leadership skills with a passion for motivating a team

A hands-on approach and high energy for working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Visual merchandising and stock management experience is a big bonus
