We’re looking for two high-performing Senior Technicians to join our crew at Padman Group.

Based mostly on-site in Strathmerton, you’ll get hands-on with cutting-edge irrigation and automation systems — assembling, diagnosing, repairing, and supporting performance in the field when needed. No two days are the same, and your work will directly support the farmers feeding our country.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and automation systems on-site

Supporting the manufacture and assembly of industry-leading irrigation products

Running performance tests and diagnosing issues before they reach the field

Providing technical support and training to internal teams and customers

Occasionally travelling to farms for installations, upgrades, or major repair jobs

Collaborating with engineers and contributing to product improvement
