GFM Mechanical is actively seeking experienced and driven Heavy Diesel Mechanics to become part of our high-performing Field Service Team. Operating across WA , we specialise in delivering expert mechanical support to the mining industry, backed by a reputation for reliability and results.

Take charge of your career with GFM Mechanical. As a core member of our Field Service Team, you'll work hands-on with industry-leading equipment—CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu, Liebherr. Your role: diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy machinery to keep operations running strong.

What We're Looking For

Trade Qualification – Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent).

Proven Experience in breakdowns, diagnostics, and field service support within the mining or heavy industry sector.

Valid C-Class Driver's Licence.

Ability to Pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening.

Current National Police Clearance.

Minimum 3 years proven experience in mining equipment breakdowns, diagnostics, and field service support

Experience with OEM diagnostic software (CAT ET, Komatsu KOMTRAX, Hitachi ConSite)

Physical capability to lift up to 25kg and work in various weather conditions
