About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and analytically minded Forensic Accountant to join our team to work on complex, high-stakes commercial disputes and investigations including a live multi-jurisdictional matter, in an in-house capacity.

You will be working closely with legal teams, insolvency professionals, and stakeholders to untangle complex financial histories, uncover irregularities, and quantify loss.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct forensic reviews of company records, loan facilities, and related documentation

Conduct detailed company and business name searches across multiple registries to identify undisclosed entities or interests

Analyse changing entity structures, including the formation and deregistration of companies, trust arrangements, and director/shareholder changes over time

Track historical and current ownership of real property, including title searches, caveat activity, and mortgage registrations

Identify and map relationships between individuals, entities, and associated parties to uncover asset concealment or diversion

Prepare structured financial and ownership analysis to support litigation and recovery strategies

About You
We are looking for someone with strong analytical instincts and a desire to contribute meaningfully in contentious and high-pressure environments.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance

Qualifications and experience in forensic accounting

5+ years of professional experience in forensic accounting, audit, insolvency, or corporate investigations

Experience with financial modelling and reviewing complex financial structures

Strong verbal and written communication skills
