Role Overview

This role will suit an experienced QA Lead who thrives in Agile environments and has a passion for automation, testing strategy and mentoring teams. You’ll work alongside developers, analysts, and delivery specialists to ensure scalable, robust and high-quality digital solutions.

You’ll lead a QA team and be hands-on in defining test approaches across web, mobile and APIs – including manual and automated test execution, performance testing, and CI/CD integration.

Experience and Skills

• 3+ years in QA Lead roles within enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit)
• Experience in Java or Python coding for automation scripting
• Proven background in testing RESTful APIs, web apps and mobile platforms
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and DevOps practices (CI/CD)
• Test strategy creation, defect management, and stakeholder reporting
• Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, and cloud platforms (Azure)
• Superannuation / Financial Services experience (preferred)
