✨ About the Role

As our Lead and Certificate Educator, you’ll guide a team of passionate educators and help shape meaningful learning experiences for the children in your care. You’ll be a key part of creating a space where curiosity is celebrated, and every child feels safe, supported, and ready to grow.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and inspiring a team of educators to deliver fun, engaging, and child-focused learning programs

Working hand-in-hand with the Centre Manager to develop and refine our play-based curriculum

Mentoring your teammates, supporting their growth, and building a collaborative and positive team culture

Documenting children’s learning journeys and ensuring we meet and exceed all quality standards

Building strong, trusting partnerships with families, keeping them connected to their child’s day

Ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all children in your care, every day

💫 What We’re Looking For

A Diploma, Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Experience in a leadership or senior educator role

Strong mentoring and leadership skills — you're someone others look up to

A natural communicator who loves working with both children and families

A solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications

And most importantly... a big heart, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for early learning
