My School Child Care & Kindergarten is a family-owned and operated early childhood service, proudly supporting families in Slade Point and the greater Mackay region. We are passionate about creating a nurturing, fun, and educational environment where children thrive and educators feel valued.

We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Educators to join our caring and professional team at our Slade Point centre.

The Role:
As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will:

Deliver high-quality education and care in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Develop and implement play-based programs

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements

Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

About You:

Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Hold a current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR and Child Protection training (or be willing to obtain)

Be a dedicated, reliable, and positive team player

Have strong communication and documentation skills

Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education
