Smarttots Early Education is seeking multiple Diploma Qualified Educators to join our passionate team. We’re looking for educators who are confident stepping into the Responsible Person in Charge (RPIC) role when needed and who believe in the power of community to shape exceptional early learning.
These are permanent part-time positions, working up to 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, with availability required between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, to support the needs of the service.

Who You Are & What You'll Bring
You’re a passionate and qualified educator with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), with experience in early learning and the confidence to step into the Responsible Person in Charge (RPIC) role when needed. You bring warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to nurturing relationships—with children, families, and your team.
You’ll:
Deliver engaging, play-based programs that reflect children’s voices and interests
Create nurturing routines that support children’s wellbeing and sense of belonging
Build strong relationships with families and contribute to meaningful community connections
Lead or support risk assessments that enable safe, adventurous learning
Collaborate with a supportive team that values growth, creativity, and shared success
Be available for rostered shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
To thrive in this role, you’ll also have:
Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and child-led learning practices
A current Working with Children Check
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain)
