Veterinary experience is not necessary - training provided

A typical full-time roster is 4 or 5 working days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner

Confidently manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls while maintaining excellent in-person client service, ensuring all clients feel acknowledged and supported regardless of how they contact the clinic

Scheduling appointments and managing the veterinary clinic's appointment book

Handling client inquiries and booking follow-up appointments

Assisting with client check-in and check-out processes

Processing payments and managing financial transactions

Maintaining accurate patient records and client information

Providing administrative support to the veterinary team as required

Covering all areas of reception, dispensary and consult rooms to ensure a high level of professionalism and quality service

What we're looking for

Proficiency in Word and MS Outlook

Interpersonal Savy – You relate well to all kinds of people and uses diplomacy and tact

Composure – You are cool, under pressure and not knocked off balance by the unexpected

Problem Solving – You are able to use logic to solve challenges with effective solutions
