About the Role

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our front desk. Key responsibilities include:

Managing all incoming inquiries and directing them appropriately

Welcoming clients and members warmly and professionally

Handling retail sales, payments, and customer transactions

Overseeing diary management and general admin duties

Maintaining entry control and monitoring facility access

Ensuring all tasks are completed during each shift to the highest standard

Upholding high customer service standards at all times

Work Schedule

This role operates on a rotating roster and may include the following shift times:

Morning shifts: Between 4:30 AM and 1:00 PM on weekdays

Afternoon/evening shifts: Between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM on weekdays

Weekend availability: Alternate Saturdays or Sundays may be required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and offering solutions

Professionalism in handling customer queries and complaints

Confidence in managing phone calls and in-person interactions

Flexibility with availability and shift patterns

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Basic computer proficiency and the ability to multitask effectively

Experience in sales and a passion for promoting products and services

Reliable personal transport

A high level of reliability and responsibility
