About the Role
ARIIA is seeking a motivated and organised Programs Coordinator to support the delivery and coordination of our innovative aged care programs.
Reporting to the Manager, Capability Programs (or delegate), this hands-on role is key to ensuring smooth program operations and high-quality service delivery.
The successful candidate will coordinate day-to-day program activities, assist with stakeholder engagement, and foster clear communication across internal and external networks.
This dynamic position suits someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills are essential, and experience or insight into the aged care sector will be highly regarded.

Funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing, ARIIA delivers a range of programs and services to improve aged care for all Australians. Bringing together consumers, industry and researchers, ARIIA translates research into practice to modernise and pave the way for sector wide improvements, making a real and meaningful change to the aged care sector.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Programs Coordinator with a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
You have demonstrated experience in coordinating or supporting programs or projects, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent attention to detail, are essential.
You will bring well-developed organisational and problem-solving skills, with the initiative to work independently when needed.
A clear understanding of confidentiality in a professional setting is critical, as is the ability to navigate administrative systems, software, and procedures within a complex organisation. You thrive in a collaborative team environment and bring a flexible, solution-focused approach to your work.
Familiarity with interpreting policies and ensuring their effective application is also important.
