The Role

This diverse role will see you involved in all aspects of irrigation development, across multiple projects. The role is a mixture of hands-on installation and maintenance work. Key tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Trenching
• Excavator operation
• Pipe laying
• Valve assembly
• Pump installation
• Drip tube laying
• Commissioning
• Back filling

You will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Strong technical knowledge and practical skills in irrigation system installation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
• Ability to read and interpret designs
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills
• White Card
• Hold a manual driver's licence
• Pump knowledge and basic friction loss knowledge would be beneficial
• Able to work in store and assist our sales staff
• Point of sale computer operation would be beneficial
