We’re one of the few independent recruitment firms that specialise in public sector hiring—giving us the freedom to build smarter, faster, and leaner. With an established scribing practice already in play, we're now looking to scale into a full-service project RPO function to deliver on major recruitment projects nationally.

About the Role

This is your opportunity to take the reins of a startup-style RPO function, face2face is a 20 year old medium sized recruitment business with existing clients and infrastructure. You’ll be:

Designing and delivering project-based RPO services tailored to government clients

Building systems, culture, and teams from the ground up

Leading from the front—getting hands-on with projects while preparing to scale

Developing a flexible workforce model (in-house and casual) to grow fast when needed

Driving commercial outcomes, tech strategy, and continuous improvement

About You

You’ve been around the RPO block, especially in the public sector. You’ve got the experience and probably the battle scars to show for it. You’re commercially savvy, tech-curious, and ready to build something you can own.

You’ll likely bring:

Experience delivering project RPO services to public sector clients

Proven experience in solution design and implementation

Strong commercial acumen and confidence in managing clients/stakeholders

A track record of leading recruitment teams and building delivery models

Experience with recruitment tech stacks (or a healthy obsession with optimising them)
