About the role

This is a full-time Sales Team Leader/Senior Sales Manager/Sales Director role located in Smithfield NSW 2164 with HEQS Wholesale Group Pty Ltd. You will be responsible for leading and directing the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive wholesale environment.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth
• Identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales pipeline
• Coaching, training and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
• Analysing sales data and providing insightful reports to the leadership team
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Representing the company at industry events and building key client relationships

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in a sales management role within the wholesale industry
• Demonstrated success in leading, developing and motivating high-performing sales teams
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant tertiary qualification in a business or sales-related discipline
